Type Locality and Naming
Along the Dzhadyr spring, N. Nuratau ridge. V.S. Korsakov et al. (1993f.) in the volume of the Ordovician.
Synonym: Dzhadyrskaya Suite, Джадырская св.
Lithology and Thickness
Rhythmically alternating oligomictic and polymictic sandstones, siltstone (aleurolites), clay-slate slates. Signs of underwater currents, unevenness of the sea floor. Thickness 300-400 m.

Upper contact is stratigraphically unconformable with the Tulebay Fm
Regional extent
Southwestern end of the N. Nuratau ridge, northeastern part of the Shokhetau structure. Previously, these deposits were attributed (Pyatkov et al., 1975f., Bukharin et al., 1982f., Usmanov et al., 1984f.) to the upper part of the Besapan Fm ("green Besapan"). Analogue of the Murun Fm in Tamdytau.
